Certified welding technology for safety-critical applications

For defence-related projects, we manufacture high-precision welded assemblies in accordance with DIN 2303 Q2, BK1. Our processes are designed for maximum reliability and meet the stringent requirements for safety-critical components.

Welding processes (BK1)

  • 121 – Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
  • 135 – MAG welding (solid wire)
  • 138 – MAG welding (metal-cored wire)
  • 141 – TIG welding (wire or rod)

All processes are carried out by qualified personnel and are subject to defined testing and documentation standards.

Complex welded assemblies with machining

We manufacture complex welded assemblies including mechanical machining. The complete process chain in-house ensures consistent quality and short coordination paths.

Our services include:

  • Precision welding for safety-critical structures
  • Stress relieving (heat treatment or vibration)
  • Mechanical processing (turning, milling, drilling)
  • Surface treatment
  • Precision manufacturing and documentation according to customer-specific requirements

Assembly & functional testing

Complete assemblies are assembled, inspected, and prepared for further integration at our facility.
Our in-house tests ensure that all assemblies meet the required functional and safety criteria.

For measurement and testing tasks, we use optical measurement systems from Keyence and Hexagon, among others. This ensures the required precision and repeatability reliably.

Your partner in the defence industry

With certified processes, clearly defined quality standards, and a high level of vertical integration, we are a reliable partner for the defence industry – from prototypes to series assemblies.
