Punctual delivery of press frame

DILEB was once again able to prove its efficiency by punctually delivering a sophisticated press frame. The frame with a unit weight of 40 tons belongs to a highly sophisticated press series for a well-known automotive supplier in Germany.

What's special about this is the fact that complex processing configurations are carried out in the most confined spaces.

By the beginning of 2018, DILEB had already punctually delivered three more frames to our customers as part of a new press series.

This press frame was again manufactured entirely by us.

The services of DILEB included:

- Material procurement

- Production of the welded construction

- Heat treatment in our own annealing furnace

- Mechanical processing

- Coating

- Heavy-lift transportation to customer
