Speciality ladles + converter

DILEB Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG was once again allowed to manufacture several steel casting ladles and a so-called "converter hat" for steelworks and send them together on a ship's voyage.

 

Scope of delivery:

Material procurement, welding, mechanical processing, non-destructive testing and transport of:

- 4 casting ladles, each with a capacity of 400 tonnes of liquid steel and a weight of approx. 68 tonnes.

- 1 converter upper part, diameter approx. 6.2 metres with a weight of approx. 21.6 tonnes
